LICHAJ TO STAY A RED – WARBS

MARK Warburton has put to bed any doubt over the future of Nottingham Forest defender Eric Lichaj, describing the USA star as one of the best players at the club.
The 28-year-old has been heavily linked with Championship rivals Barnsley this summer, and while talk has ramped up again in the last week, Forest boss Warburton insists Lichaj will be staying.
“I read some stories on the internet with pure amazement. That is the first I have heard of that one,” he said.
