Bosses support transfer overhaul

CHAMPIONSHIP managers have backed calls for the summer transfer window to close before the start of the season in future.
The current window, in line with many other European leagues, closes on August 31 – almost four weeks after the start of the EFL and three weeks after the beginning of the Premier League campaign.
