Mark Yeates rewarded with new contract at Oldham

Mark Yeates has extended his contract at Oldham until the end of January.

The 30-year old winger joined The Latics in the summer on a short term deal and has since impressed in his 17 appearances for the club. He has scored one goal for David Dunn’s side, which came in the 2-1 defeat to Barnsley last month.

Yeates has played for numerous club’s during his 13 year career and has made over 50 appearances for Colchester, Sheffield United, Watford and Bradford.

David Dunn’s Oldham have had a difficult start to the season and are currently sitting in 21st place in League One. They face a tough trip to Sheffield United this weekend.
