Team-mates: Yeovil Town midfielder Ben Tozer

Best mate at the club?

Probably Jack Compton and Kevin Dawson. When I first signed, I was injured at the same time as them so we all spent a lot of time together. It is important you have people keeping your spirits up when you are injured.

Last to buy dinner?

Nathan Smith. He is ridiculously tight. On a Friday, whoever has the highest score in the passing exercise, with two in the middle, has have to buy breakfast the following week. He would go to the end of an aisle and buy the stuff where it was discounted and goes off in a day’s time.

The FIFA king?

I’m not really sure to be honest. Marc Laird is awful but he doesn’t give up. I guess he just enjoys it.

Worst dressed?

Francois Zoko has some extravagant stuff, and some of it is awful. For example he has these big, bright red shoes. His style is not for me.

The pre-match dressing room DJ?

Kitman Dan Powell is in charge and isn’t too bad. He has all the latest stuff. We have a couple of lads who put their headphones on so they can have their own music on but the rest are all happy.

The most skilful?

Probably Liam Walsh, a midfielder on loan from Everton. He has a few tricks and is good off both feet.

Late for training?

Harry Cornick. If you are late for training, it is a £50 fine – it has been bumped up.

Teacher’s pet?

Darren Ward. He is 37 now and basically part of the coaching team. He is the club captain so he is the go-between for the players and management. They are always talking about their latest gadgets like the heart rate monitor.

Best/worst cook?

Matt Dolan is the best. I think he has been picking up bits off his old man, who is a chef. The worst is Marc Laird. He can cook only salmon and pasta.

First on the dance floor?

We have been out only once since I’ve been here and that was for the Christmas party, but the first on the dancefloor is Jordan Gibbons. He is not bad and he loves himself a bit, which helps confidence wise.

Most likely to disgrace themselves at the Christmas party?

We had a lad on loan called Christian Maghoma and you could tell he was young because he got carried away early and ended up asleep in the second place we went to.

The worst tattoo?

There are a few. Artur Krysiak has one of those tribal tattoos that were cool in the 1990s. He gets stick for that.

Never puts their phone down?

Brandon Goodship and Harry Cornick are always on their phones, but the worst is definitely Kevin Dawson. He is well into his horseracing and he is always on his phone for that.

Partial to a sunbed?

Ryan Bird had tan-lines in January so he must have been on one. It is not for me personally.

Going to make the best manager?

Probably Wardy. He is very professional, has played more than 600 games and is a good captain. I think he will do well.
