Barnet to offer half price tickets to ALL fans for Carlisle game

Barnet are offering 50% off tickets for their home match with Carlisle United on Saturday 16 January.

The discount is a gesture of goodwill to Carlisle United fans effected by the devastating floods wrought by Storm Desmond, with the Cumbrians unable to host home fixtures at the Brunton Park Stadium.

To ease the 594 round-trip to be taken by Carlisle fans, Barnet have reduced ticket prices and will aim to make the fixture a ‘Festival of Football’ experience to include both sets of fans.

Both teams have enjoyed successful seasons thus far with Barnet proving a tough team to break down under Martin Allen and Keith Curle attracting interest from the higher leagues after guiding the Cumbrians within touch of the play-offs.

The move means that the most expensive ticket to buy will be priced at £11.50, while away fans under the age of 14 can see the game for £2.50.
