CARLISLE defender Tom Parkes is thankful to his new team-mates for helping him settle so quickly in Cumbria.
The 25-year-old left Leyton Orient at the end of last season, moving north, and has found the transition easy at the other end of the country.
“I feel like I am at home here with the boys,” he said.
“They’ve welcomed me in and they’re a great bunch of lads.”
