FUMING BARROW VOW TO BAN FAN FOR LIFE

FURIOUS Barrow have taken strong action after a firework was thrown onto the pitch during their Papa Johns Trophy tie against Carlisle on Tuesday night.
The match was halted when the pyrotechnic landed in the penalty area. It then exploded in front of Carlisle goalkeeper Michael Kelly as he was about to take a goal-kick.
In a statement, the club said: “Barrow Association Football Club has a zero tolerance approach to anti-social behaviour, including the use of pyrotechnics, and strongly condemns this behaviour.
