Tributes at midweek matches

EFL clubs and supporters paid poignant tributes to Queen Elizabeth II in midweek as football resumed up and down the country.
The entire league programme, as well as that of the Premier League, had been postponed last weekend as a mark of respect to the Queen following her death at the age of 96.
