Blues and Wasps in pitch war

EYES OF THE WORLD: Coventry City’s CBS Arena played host to the Rugby Sevens event at this month’s Commonwealth Games

COVENTRY CITY are considering taking legal action against Rugby Union side Wasps after they were forced to postpone a second home match running at their shared CBS Arena due to an ‘unsafe pitch’.
Yesterday, the Sky Blues confirmed the postponement of Tuesday night’s visit of Wigan Athletic – this after last Saturday’s Championship opener against Rotherham United had suffered the same fate.
