EFL BUOYED AS REVIEW GETS NOD

Don’t dither, urge Fair Game

THE EFL and clubs’ coalition Fair Game have both welcomed the Government’s backing of the Fan-Led Review of football.
The review, led by the former Sports Minister Tracey Crouch MP and published in November, made ten key strategic recommendations to improve financial sustainability and corporate governance across the national game, and place fans at the heart of decision-making.
On Monday, the Government announced that it was endorsing those recommendations, among them the introduction of a new independent regulator.
