CODE CAN BREAK THE BARRIERS

EFL chief executive Trevor Birch believes there are ‘encouraging’ signs that jobs in the football industry are becoming more accessible to all.
The Football Leadership Diversity Code – launched last October by the FA in collaboration with other major stakeholders in the game – is a programme which aims to ensure that diversity on the pitch is better reflected off it.
