Rooney’s Rams will rise again

The Football League Paper says...

IT CAN’T have been an easy week for anyone with affection for Derby County. First came reports in the opening part of the week that the Rams were in line for a nine-point deduction for breaching EFL accounting rules, which would have plunged them to the bottom of the table.
The EFL then came out and said that no decision had been made on any potential points deduction. If it was hardly positive news, it did allow supporters to at least draw breath.
