PORTSMOUTH boss Danny Cowley reckons the summer transfer window ‘felt like the longest one in history’ – and other managers will probably agree with him.
Fourteen new players arrived at Fratton Park as Cowley reshaped his squad, though that was nothing compared to Ipswich’s 19 signings.
