The Football League Paper says...

THE decision of Premier League clubs ‘reluctantly but unanimously’ not to release players for international matches in red-list countries in the next couple of weeks has caused quite a stir.
They said it would apply to nearly 60 players from 19 top-flight clubs. The EFL will not be so widely affected after aligning themselves with the Premier League, but some players are set to miss out on crucial World Cup qualifiers.
