First game you watched live?
It was a 1998 World Cup play-off between the Republic of Ireland and Belgium at Lansdowne Road, and it fi nished 1-1. There was a lot of excitement, and I remember Denis Irwin scored a free-kick. I went with my brother, mum and dad and it was a brilliant occasion. It was a sell-out crowd and we had a good team at the time, with the likes of Shay Given, Roy Keane and Niall Quinn.
