ADAMS ARRIVES TO LIFT HARRY’S LATICS…

EXPERIENCED campaigner Nicky Adams is raring to get going after signing an 18-month deal with Oldham.
The Bolton-born midfielder has won promotion from League Two in both of the last two seasons – first with Bury and then with Northampton via the play-offs last term.
But now the 34-yearold is ready for a new challenge with Harry Kewell’s Latics.
“I’m delighted, everyone knows I’m a proper northern boy so it’s nice to be home,” Adams told BBC Radio Manchester.
