DARREN Ferguson’s decision to deploy a midfield diamond backfired as Peterborough United’s poor recent run of form continued.
Ferguson opted to start Sammie Szmodics at the tip, with Louis Reed in front of the back four and Jack Taylor and Ethan Hamilton as narrow wingers.
