SHAUN’S EAGER TO CRACK ON

LEAGUE ONE
NORTHAMPTON midfielder Shaun McWilliams is looking to ‘kick on’ in the weeks to come after a successful return from a long-term injury.
After an October comeback lasted just one game against Plymouth, McWilliams returned at Burton last week for just his second league start since being injured at Crawley last Boxing Day.
Having kept his place against Rochdale, he said: “I am pleased to have got through those two games fine, I felt a bit leggy just before I came off, but I am fine.
“I am back fit and I want to try and get a run in the team.”
