SCUNTHORPE climbed out of the relegation zone with a hard-fought 1-0 success at Port Vale.
The Iron were eager to back up last Saturday’s 2-0 win at Oldham and they didn’t waste the opportunity against the Valiants.
Abo Eisa proved Scunthorpe’s hero. He curled a superb shot into the corner from just outside the box on 28 minutes for the only goal of the game.
