PAUL Tisdale believes the young talent at the club makes him and Bristol Rovers a match made in heaven after being appointed manager.
Ben Garner was sacked as Rovers boss following a 4-1 defeat to Fleetwood last weekend but the club moved quickly to appoint Tisdale on Thursday, with yesterday’s clash with Swindon serving as his first game in the dugout.
