CARLISLE midfielder Callum Guy has hailed the “superb” team spirit at the League Two side.
The Cumbrians finished 18th last season, but started the new campaign in good form and have been jostling for position towards the top end of the table.
Guy said: “Everyone is buying into what the gaffer is doing, you can see that out on the pitch each week. Even if we aren’t playing the best football, you’ll see us all giving it everything.
