CARDIFF City manager Neil Harris has backed his side to end their faltering star t to the season at Preston this afternoon.
Hotly tipped after last year’s fifth-place finish and the ar rival of striker Kieffer Moore, the Bluebirds’ only victory has come at struggling Nottingham Forest.
