FOR Harry Wilson, a loan move from Liverpool to Cardiff City would appear to be a backwards step.
Having spent last season in the Premier League with Bournemouth, the 23-year-old is now back in the Championship, where he scored 18 goals for Derby County in the 2018-19 season.
