STRIKER MARRIOTT SWOOPS IN WITH THE OWLS

JACK Marriott says there is “an aura” about Sheffield Wednesday after signing on a season-long loan from Derby. The 26-year-old forward, who has scored ten goals in 32 Championship starts for the Rams, joined the Owls on transfer deadline day.
“The size of the club, the way that we play, there’s an aura about the club,” said Marriott, who had previously netted 33 times in 56 games for Peterborough, following a productive spell at Luton Town (28 in 91).
