SAUNDERS CATCHING THE EYE…

FLEETWOOD Town new-boy Jayson Leutwiler has been impressed with striker Harvey Saunders since arriving at the club.
Saunders, 23, scored a perfect hat-trick in the opening 15 minutes to earn the Cod Army a 3-0 midweek win over Aston Villa U21s. Goalkeeper Leutwiler, who joined the Cod Army last month, said of the forward: “I’ve only been here for three weeks, but I can say that Harvey has been working so hard.
“The goal he scored against Rochdale shows how much desire he has, sprinting through the lines, so well done to him.”
