IT IS impossible to think about writing a column right now without addressing the elephant that stands tall in every room - Covid-19.
Every sector has suffered from the enormity of the measures chosen to address the perceived risks to people. Some industries have been hurt much more than others but it is difficult to identify the unscathed.
Forecasts of the numbers of people likely to emerge without their job, their income and their personal pride are truly frightening.
So let’s delve into the Covid matter from the point of view of the main stakeholders in football.
