WALSALL’S direct start to the game and Elijah Adebayo’s physicality caused Harrogate early problems and reaped its reward through Rory Holden’s well-struck goal, from a set-piece routine straight off the training ground.
But, impressively, for a club playing only their second-ever Football League fixture, Harrogate did not panic and settled quickly into their stride.
