SHEFFIELD Wednesday boss Gary Monk has tipped Alex Hunt for a bright future after the youngster’s impressive midweek cameo against Manchester City.
The 19-year-old midfielder replaced Kieran Lee in the 63rd minute of the Owls’ 1-0 FA Cup defeat against the holders at Hillsborough on Wednesday.
It was just Hunt’s second first-team appearance – his debut had come earlier in the competition when Wednesday knocked out QPR at the fourth round stage.
