MIDFIELDER George Evans hopes his injury problems are finally behind him after a stop-start spell at Derby.
The 25-year-old joined the Rams from Reading in the summer of 2018 and this season alone has spent time on the sidelines with a torn quad and a calf problem.
Evans got his first minutes since the middle of December in Derby’s under- 23 clash against Everton in midweek, and he said: “I’m delighted to be back. It’s been another frustrating injury, obviously a tough one mentally as well.
