SLAVEN Bilic came back to haunt his former club West Ham – and then thanked his West Brom heroes.
Conor Townsend scored a ninth-minute winner as the Baggies knocked out the Hammers, who sacked Bilic as boss in 2017.
Boss Bilic, below, said: “I’m happy, very pleased with the result and even more with the performance. “We were positive from the start, we were brave, we kept the ball really well.”
