ALEX Neil praised Josh Harrop’s stunning strike that salvaged a point for his Lilywhites side away at Blackburn Rovers.
In a Lancashire derby short on quality, Harrop followed up his goalscoring exploits in the FA Cup with an unstoppable 20-yard strike that brought the scores level in the 17th minute – his seventh of the season.
