PHILLIP Cocu would like to strengthen his Derby side in January, but only if the right players are available.
The Rams started the season with promotion ambitions, but sat 16th in the Championship after the midweek round of matches.
With the transfer window opening at the turn of the year, Cocu said: “January is a difficult month. It’s a different window compared to the summer.
“We know what we want, but we have to make sure everything is right. We need to make sure the balance is right.”
