PORTSMOUTH defender Brandon Haunstrup faces up to eight weeks on the sidelines after undergoing knee surgery.
The 23-year-old limped off in the closing stages of Pompey’s draw with Peterborough last week.
Boss Kenny Jackett confirmed Haunstrup was having an operation on Friday, and said: “It’s a straightforward one and we estimate him being out for six-to-eight weeks.
“He hasn’t disappointed anybody when he’s been in the team and so it’s a frustrating one.”
