GARETH Ainsworth is the longest-serving manager in the EFL – but is still keen to enhance his skills.
On Tuesday, he was among 11 of 21 graduates awarded their LMA Diploma in Football Management in a ceremony at the University of Liverpool.
The course is a one-year intensive learning programme focused on leadership and management subjects, preparing individuals for the real-life challenges of managing in the professional game.
