NEWPORT County goalkeeper Tom King is dreaming of rounding off his season at Euro 2020 with Wales.
The 24-year-old was called up for the final qualifiers against Azerbaijan and Hungary. Although he didn’t make his international bow, it proved memorable as Ryan Giggs’ troops sealed their place in next year’s finals.
King only joined Newport as a free agent from Millwall in the summer, but has quickly made his mark at Rodney Parade.
Incredibly, he become the first Newport player since 1983 to make a senior Wales squad.
