DECLAN Drysdale wants to kick on at Coventry City after making his debut.
The 19-year-old defender played in the Sky Blues’ 3-2 midweek win over Southampton Under-21s in the Leasing. com Trophy.
Drysdale said: “I’ve just got to keep working hard, keep my head down and, hopefully, he (manager Mark Robins) can’t not pick me.
“I want to improve my defensive side of the game, but I do enjoy defending.
“I’ve made my debut now, so that’s one target achieved, but I want to get more and more games in the first-team squad.”
