LUKE AIMS FOR THE FAST LANE

SUNDERLAND may well be a goldfish bowl, but Luke O’Nien reckons there is nowhere better once you’ve learned to swim.
The 24-year-old made the move up to Wearside at the start of last season, in the midst of the Netflix years, the club still smarting from relegation to League One.
It was something of a culture shock for the midfielder- right-back hybrid, who was born and raised in Hemel Hempstead, came through the ranks at Watford and made the short trip to Wycombe, where he would spend three fond years.
