NEW Millwall manager Gary Rowett believes his inherited squad is as good as he has ever had.
The former Birmingham, Derby and Stoke boss was unveiled as the man to lead Millwall into the future on Monday and has been thrilled with what he has seen on the training field in his first week.
“Training, on first impression, was probably as good as any I’ve been at in terms of application and quality at times,” said the 45-year-old.
