DEAN Gerken has already been a hero between the sticks for Colchester this season, but he knows his job will not be finished until he helps his side secure promotion to League One.
Gerken, 34, who has also played for Ipswich and Bristol City in the Championship, returned to Colchester this summer after a decade away from the club.
