LEAGUE ONE
IPSWICH defender Luke Woolfenden feels he is now reaping the rewards of last season’s loan spell at Swindon.
The 20-year-old made 32 league appearances for the Robins and believes that stint set him up nicely to break into Paul Lambert’s side at Portman Road.
Woolfenden said: “My time with Swindon was unbelievable and I think it helped me both on and off the pitch.
“I learned more about myself and the game. It helped me grow up physically and mentally.”
