BRIAN Barry-Murphy cannot wait to take on Manchester United in the Carabao Cup third round.
Rochdale travel to Old Trafford on September 23 for the first time since their FA Cup clash in 1986.
Boss Barry-Murphy said: “We emphasised how rewarding the cup competitions can be.
“It’s a chance to pit our wits against one of the biggest clubs, if not the biggest club, in the world.”
