It’s time to examine this owners’ test

WELL, that was close, wasn’t it? At 5pm on Friday, Bury’s future as an Eflclub was looking bleak (see story right).
By the time the midnight deadline came around, things looked brighter. Owner Steve Dale, who many would have blamed if the Shakers had been expelled from the League, said he had agreed a deal to sell the club to analytics company C&N Sporting Risk.
By yesterday lunchtime, the Eflannounced they would give Bury until 5pm on Tuesday to conclude a takeover.
