What was incredible was that only one resulted in the home side winning.
That team was QPR, who overcame Bristol City. However Blackpool, Middlesbrough, AFC Wimbledon, Brentford, Charlton, Gillingham, Wycombe and Mansfield all lost at home after their ties went to spotkicks after 90 minutes.
