MONTERO CAN GIVE BLUES A BIG BOOST – CLOTET

BIRMINGHAM boss Pep Clotet hinted Jefferson Montero could be pivotal to his first-team plans, after the Ecuadorian’s deadline-day loan transfer was finally ratified by the EFL.
The 29-year-old winger arrived at St Andrew’s from fellow Championship side Swansea for the season, after enduring an injury-laden five years in South Wales.
