Big Sam backs Ram Rooney

FORMER England manager Sam Allardyce is convinced Wayne Rooney will shine at Derby County – and can help them reach the Premier League.
The ambitious Rams announced in midweek that Manchester United and England’s all-time record goalscorer would join them from DC United in January.
