GOALKEEPER Scott Brown has signed a new deal at Port Vale, keeping him at the club until the summer of 2021.
The 34-year-old Valiants’ Player of the Year had kept 16 clean sheets in his first season at the club, heading into the final game of the season.
Vale boss John Askey said: “It’s a massive boost for the club and I’m so pleased that we’ve been able to tie him down for another year after the season he’s had where he could have quite easily moved on elsewhere.
