LUKE McCullough has been ruled out for the rest of the season with suspected knee ligament damage.
The 25-year-old midfielder, on loan at Tranmere from Doncaster, suffered the injury during the victory over Carlisle last weekend. Rovers manager Micky Mellon said: “It looks like he has got a cruciate knee ligament injury so his season is over, which is really unfortunate for him and for us as a group.
“We will get him looked after, he will go and see a specialist to see what the plan is for him moving forward.”
