IT’S VITAL TO KNOW WHAT’S IN PLAYERS’ MINDS

IN EVERY league, there are interesting pressures to face in April as a season draws to a close.
As a manager, it becomes very important to think about the motivations of players as you manage a squad and select your team at this stage.
There are several factors that are worth considering.
For instance: -Out of contract players may well have concerns over their future fitness as the season draws to a close; this may well affect their appetite.
-In contract players may or may not have clauses that affect their earnings on promotion or relegation; this may well affect their drive.
