R’S KEEPER MYLES OFF TO GULLS

QPR have allowed 19-year-old goalkeeper Myles Bowman to join National League South promotion-chasers Torquay United on a work experience loan until the end of the season.
Bowman, who joined the Rs in 2014 from Cove FC, has made six appearances for the U23s this season.
Explaining the signing that was made on registration deadline day, Gulls boss Gary Johnson said: “The goalkeeper position was the only one where I felt we didn’t have enough cover.
“After finding out the rules of the league, we could not risk not having an extra goalkeeper.”
