JEANVIER AVOIDS CHARGE OVER FAN SPITTING

BRENTFORD defender Julian Jeanvier admitted to spitting in the direction of West Brom supporters during the recent clash between the sides.
However, Jeanvier, who turns 27 today, is not expected to face any action from the FA following the incident.
Brentford released a statement following an investigation into allegations made by West Brom fans after the game at Griffin Park on March 16, which Albion won 1-0.
Away supporters complained that Jeanvier responded to verbal abuse by spitting in their direction. Jeanvier has admitted to spitting and has apologised. B...
